The opportunity to redesign Tracfone’s Telcel.com brand site was not just the simple redesign of a current website, but a full revamping of their consumer facing E-commerce website that Tracfone could use as a template model by which to reskin all their telecommunication brands including TracFone, Net10, SafeLink Wireless (a Lifeline program – free government sponsored cell phones), Straight Talk (Walmart exclusive brand), and Simple Mobile (purchased in May 2012).

Additionally this project’s goal was to redesign the transactional backend to transition from many disparate input models and user flows into one universally applicable transactional process so that all their brands could use one database driven process to accommodate each of their unique brands.
